PHILOSOPHY:

Photography is something you and I embrace every day. Whether it’s a photo of a grandmother or a first child being born. Photography is a way of connecting us to our history. It’s a way to freeze our memories so that they may never leave us. I want you to have your special moments - forever. The difference between hiring me and photographing something yourself is that you get to be in it. That together we can capture how it felt and not just how it looked. You’re the memory and the artform all at the same time.

WHAT'S UNDERNEATH:

I have always been told that I am an eclectic person and I use that to my advantage. I have grown up in so many different environments that I pretty much feel comfortable anywhere. But the place that feels most like home is when I spend time with those that pride themselves on looking inward. Most artists are healers after all. We show the world that perfection is not always the way and that flaws are easier to embrace than we think. Some of the world's most interesting things are right in front of us.

Nurturing the connections right in front of me has led to my success. Valuing people has led me to my craft.

WHAT I CHERISH:

Windows down, hugs from my grandmother, snuggles with my dogs on the couch, monsoon season, delicious food, a glass of nice red wine, human connection, love stories, harry potter, reading books in the pool, the sun on my cheeks, my mothers egg rolls, my husbands love + admiration , the growing trust of a shelter dog, spending time with myself, slow mornings, discourse about things I am passionate about, learning new information, podcasts on my commutes, being surrounded by tall trees, the smile on my nephews face,eating my food on a patio, exploring new cities, visiting my childhood friend in NYC
